Zoltán Ferenczi
Chairman of the Board of Trustees
I have been able to work in quite a lot of fields in my life, from the Monkey House at the Budapest Zoo, to business life, to pastoral and helping professions. I was able to study theology, addictionology, and family therapy, but I also obtained a professional exam in public administration. I currently have a private practice in Kecskemét, where I work with individuals and families in a systemic approach.
One of the great teachers of my life was a serious illness, when I too had to stand on the edge of life and death. This period strengthened two important qualities in me. On the one hand, it showed me where our ultimate questions come into contact with our emotional and relational functioning. On the other hand, it outlined what my mission and responsibilities are in order to make the world a little better place.
This is what I would like to promote in the foundation.
